In recent years, as America has faced the effects of hurricanes on our land, we have heard cries from many concerning the civil government's role in caring for the many who have suffered from these events. This workshop looks at the Biblical responsibility each individual has for his neighbor and historic evidence of the American Spirit of volunteerism and its practical outworkings in the face of disasters.
